1. General Terms
1.1. The "Balik Kampung with Tambadana" campaign (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign") is organized by Tambadana.
1.2. The Campaign runs from March 17, 2025, to March 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign Period").
1.3. By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all Tambadana customers who:
- Apply for a loan during the Campaign Period.
- Accept the loan offer within the designated period.
- Complete repayment as per the agreed schedule.
2.2. Employees of Tambadana and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Participate
3.1. To qualify for the prize, participants must:
- Apply for a loan with Tambadana between March 17 – March 31, 2025.
- Accept the loan offer and comply with all loan agreement terms.
- Ensure timely repayment of the loan as scheduled.
4. Prize & Winner Selection
4.1. A total of 50 winners will be selected to receive a travel cost reimbursement of up to RM100.
4.2. The reimbursement can cover either bus tickets or fuel expenses for personal vehicles.
4.3. Winners will be selected randomly.
4.4. The list of winners will be announced on May 5, 2025, exclusively on Tambadana's official social media channels.
4.5. Winners will be contacted directly by Tambadana representatives.
4.6. To claim the reimbursement, winners must provide valid proof of travel, which may include:
- A copy of a bus ticket with the winner’s name.
- A fuel receipt corresponding to the travel period.
4.7. If a winner fails to claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement, Tambadana reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
5. Additional Terms
5.1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.2. Tambadana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
5.3. In case of any disputes, Tambadana's decision shall be final and binding.
