You should normally receive the One-Time Password (OTP) within a few seconds after submitting your mobile number. Please check the following:
Ensure your mobile number was entered correctly.
If you haven’t received the OTP after one minute, tap the ‘Resend’ button on the verification screen.
If the OTP still doesn’t arrive after several attempts, try again after one hour.
Switch between our app and website for better results.
Make sure your phone has a stable network connection and that SMS messages are not blocked.
Sometimes delays can occur due to your telco provider, so this may resolve itself shortly. You may also contact your telco for further checks.
If the issue continues after 1-2 hours , we can escalate it to our IT team. Please provide the following details together with a screen recording of the issue to :
Have you recently changed your telco provider?
If yes, please provide both old and new provider names
Your phone number
Current telco provider
Phone model
Whether your mobile number is currently active
Your current location (optional)
Important:
If your registered mobile number is no longer active, it cannot be updated at the moment, as our system does not yet support mobile number changes. This feature will be added in a future update.
