If you have already made a payment via DuitNow, kindly email the payment receipt to pay@tambadana.my along with your full name and IC number. Please note that the system will update your account within 24 working hours.
For payments made via Instant Pay or e-wallet, your loan account will be updated immediately.
To confirm, log into your account and check the Next Payment. If it shows RM 0.00, this means your payment has been successfully received. Please note that updates to your payment schedule, including the next payment date and number of payments, will occur only on the due date.
If your payment isn't reflected in your account after 24 hours, please send proof of payment to us including your full name, NRIC, and phone number for further checking.
