At Tambadana, we care about your financial health. We make it easy for you to make payments that keep your account on track. You can log into your account on our website or mobile app to view your payment amount and due date.
Steps to make a payment:
Log in to your Tambadana account.
Click the “Pay Now” button.
Choose your preferred payment method and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
Available payment methods:
Bank Account: Select ‘Bank Account’ as your payment method, choose your bank, and authorize the transaction through your bank’s portal. Once completed, you will be redirected back to Tambadana with a confirmation message.
E-Wallet: Go to the ‘Active Loan’ section in your Tambadana account, click ‘Pay Now’, select ‘E-Wallet’, choose your preferred provider, and complete the payment through the app or website.
Payday Loans:
For payday loans, full repayment is required on the due date specified in your contract. Loan extension is not applicable; however, we offer a 3-day grace period after your due date.
Installment Loans:
For installment loans, payments are made in monthly installments as outlined in your contract. Loan extension is not applicable; however, we offer a 3-day grace period after your due date.
If your outstanding balance is not updated within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), kindly contact us at help@tambadana.my so we may assist you in checking your payment status.
